Houston Lightscape at botanical gardens. Trying to replicate display.

Im trying to replicate the display that looks like neon lasers shooting through the trees. I went last year and got a good look (black lights and neon rope) but can’t remember the rope material. Had anyone gone recently and recall where is was fabric type rope or some coated cable? Surprisingly there is no info on the web. Picture in comments.
