Houston Land Bank

Does anyone have any experience buying a home from the Houston Land Bank?

For those who don’t know, it is a program that helps first-time homebuyers buy newly constructed homes for a discounted price. I’m not able to find a lot of information about it online. Since it is a government program, does anyone have any experience with how strict they are with house roommates, penalties for selling, restrictions when selling the house, etc?
