Houston ISD to offer higher salaries, bonuses for recruitment and retention of police officers

Houston Independent School District has not been shy when it comes to implementing changes under new Superintendent Mike Miles. Now, the district has plans to boost campus safety with increased efforts aimed at the recruitment and retention of police officers.
