Houston is the coldest goddamn city I’ve ever been to

I just was there the last few days and whenever you walk inside any building at all (nasa space center, a restaurant, a store, etc), the air conditioning is on full fucking blast and it's like 65 degrees inside.

What the hell is that about? I didn't even bring a jacket. I was freezing the whole time.
