Houston housing market slowed in Q3, while prices keep rising, Texas A&M reports
Luis Torres, research economist at the Real Estate Center, said despite the slower growth, it’s still a strong housing market. And, he said, it’s important to note that this third quarter is being compared to a quarter in which home sales were exploding after plummeting at the onset of the pandemic in 2020 when the market shut down for about two months.
