Houston home sales plummet amid Covid-19 stay-home orders
Houston’s housing market was spared from Covid-19 fallout for most of March, but the full impact of the pandemic was felt in April.
The real estate industry was deemed essential and allowed to operate, but stay-home orders and social distancing efforts still took a toll on home sales last month, according to the Houston Association of Realtors.
