Houston Hobby just shut down due a small plane emergency

Looks like it veered off the runway. Can’t tell from what but I’m guessing a gear failure. Also can’t tell if it was during takeoff or landing. Everyone at least seems ok, but all inbound planes are just circling the area and no planes are allowed to leave.
