Houston gym recommendations

Lived in houston almost a year and I’m looking for gym recommendations in the loop. I started at LA off Yale and it was always packed and dirty I had to go. So now we’re at lifetime and it’s cool but too expensive to be sustainable long term (almost 300). Any suggestions? I wish Alphalete wasn’t in sugar land.
