Houston Food trucks that Cater? (Midtown area)

Hey ya'll, I'm looking to cater an event next week and I'm pretty much done with the lunchbox/sandwhich catering option. Does anyone know if any of the food trucks offer catering for individual meals? looking for 80-100 servings. Any recommendations are welcomed!
