Houston food bank volunteering

Hi everyone, I want to start volunteering at HFB and was wondering if any of you have experience doing so? I am mostly interested in figuring out which kind of shift I want: kitchen or warehouse. I am not really sure what each one entails beyond the general description on the website. Have any of you worked these before? If so, could you tell me about it? Thanks!
