Houston Food Bank seeks volunteers, donations as winter storm boosts demand
The Houston Food Bank saw little activity in the first two days of the winter storm, as few facilities were open to receive food. Now, the food bank has six tractor trailers of water on the way to give to Houstonians and is rapidly trying to get more, CEO Brian Greene said.Â
