Houston Endowment grants $8M for tree planting, green space effort throughout Houston

Officials with the Houston Endowment, a nonprofit dedicated to improving equity and enhancing the vibrancy of the city, announced Aug. 22 an $8 million grant toward planting trees and enhancing green space in some of Houston’s hottest neighborhoods.
