Houston/Cypress/Pearland Area New Construction?

Is there any new construction that is worth looking at? We’re looking for location that has good elementary and middle school. We’re okay if it’s not new construction either, just wanted to avoid Sugarland and Katy

Price range 400-700K Also, is the rating at thegreatschool trust worthy?

We’re getting lost in terms of where should we buy our new home for our newborn. Not sure where to start. We both work downtown area.

I had my realtor license and bought a few house for myself and my friends before but I am like the other 80% of realtor that doesn’t really know what they are really doing. LOL 😂
