Houston crime: Man shot in head at Prairie & Fannin intersection
Wondering why HPD does not clear out this corner downtown and its only one block from the downtown safety office.It seems to be a hub for people to come and sell drugs to the homeless. This is the second or third shooting in three months as well as one man stabbed to death on the same corner.
