Houston City Council vote delayed again on $2.6B IAH expansion project

Houston City Council was denied the chance to vote March 6 on an ordinance that would appropriate $150 million out of the city’s Airport System Fund to begin work on United Airlines’ $2.6B Terminal B upgrade project.
