Houston City Council approves funding for The Hay Center Campus to address youth homelessness

The overall $39 million Hay Center Campus will include a 41,000-square-foot, 50-unit affordable housing community and a separate 17,125-square-foot facility for wraparound services. Harris County is covering the bulk of the cost, but the city of Houston is chipping in too.
