Houston Chimney Inspector Recommendations ?

Hello r/Houston looking for any personal recommendations for a chimney sweep/inspection service? Went down the google route and found one with a good amount of reviews on google and fb but they quickly tried to upsell me from a $99 Simple Cleaning and Basic Inspection to a $500 "deep cleaning" and $250 "cracked brick repair" company said the chimney would not work the way it currently was and we risked a fire..

Needless to say my wife paid them the $99 and we said we would call them back. Quickest $99 that company made I bet took them under 5 mins to inspect it and say it was a lost cause without spending at least $750…
