Houston Catholic School Opinions

My family and I are moving to Houston this summer. Our two elementary school age kids have been going to Catholic school previously. We called around to several Catholic schools in the Houston area and it seems that many are already full. We got calls back from St. Theresa and St. Vincent De Paul and we’re wondering if anyone on here had any insights into either school?
