Houston bridal hair and makeup recommendations

Hello Houston! I’m having a mini wedding/ COVID elopement in the downtown area on Monday Dec 27, 2021 and am looking for bridal hair and makeup recommendations. Most salons are not open on Monday’s and there is a significant premium to pay an artist to come to me. I was just quoted $900 to get hair and makeup done for myself and my mother. Since this is 3x what I paid for my wedding dress, I’m hoping someone out there has a more budget-friendly recommendation. Thanks!
