Houston Boys Weekend?

Coming to Houston next month with a group of buddies and looking for suggestions on fun things to do, restaurants to try, activities, places / airbnbs to stay at. About 7-10 guys. Group is not so much into the going out scene (drinking / partying / clubbing) but hookah lounges are cool and maybe some clubs.
