Houston Bike Community, why?

Third time this week on W. Dallas I’ve been stuck behind a biker taking the road the entire way. Does anyone in the biking community know why they refuse to use the bike lane? Is it out of protest? Ignorance? Assholeishness? submitted by /u/Noyou52 |
