Houston-based restaurant co. names new CEO, takes steps in light of Covid-19

Mexican Restaurants Inc., the Houston-based restaurant company that operates and franchises brands such as Casa Olé, Monterey’s Little Mexico and Überrito, has appointed a new CEO.

Pete Pascuzzi was appointed the new role on April 21, replacing Marcus E. Jundt. In an email to the Houston Business Journal, Pascuzzi said Mexican Restaurants Inc. previously was under the umbrella of Williston Holding Co., where Jundt continues to serve as CEO.
