Houston-based national retailer issues ‘going concern’ warning amid Covid-19 fallout

Houston-based retailer Francesca’s Holdings Corp. (Nasdaq: FRAN) had been trying to improve its financial performance in recent years.

Then Covid-19 hit, and the company — like the vast majority of retailers — had to close all of its boutiques on March 25.
