Houston-based helicopter cos. reveal post-merger leadership team, golden parachutes

Houston-based helicopter companies Bristow Group and Era Group (NYSE: ERA) have selected the leadership team for the combined company once their merger closes.

The all-stock deal, which was announced in January, is expected to close in mid-June, according to a May 12 press release. When it does, the leadership team will consist of the following executives:

Chris Bradshaw, currently president and CEO for Era, will retain his roles in the combined company, as previously announced.
