Houston-based chemical co. buys KMCO Crosby facility

The site of a 2019 chemical fire in Crosby, northeast of Houston, has been acquired.

Altivia Oxide Chemicals LLC, an affiliate of Houston-based Altivia, acquired KMCO and its chemical ethoxylation manufacturing assets in Crosby, according to a June 1 press release.
