Houston-based Charming Charlie reopens in Houston, other markets after bankruptcy, Covid-19

Almost two years after Houston-based Charming Charlie filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy for the second time, the fashion retailer is reopening more physical stores and expanding into other markets.
