Houston-based Apache to pay $4M to US, New Mexico to settle air emissions lawsuit
In addition to paying civil penalties, Apache agreed to undertake projects worth at least $4.5 million to ensure hundreds of its oil and gas wells in both New Mexico and Texas comply with state and federal clean air regulations and offset past emissions.
