Houston bar, restaurant veterans Greg Perez, Lyle Bento form hospitality co., plan new concepts

Greg Perez, former co-owner and beverage director of cocktail bar Monkey’s Tail, has a new venture.

Perez created Night Moves Hospitality and tapped chef Lyle Bento to serve as culinary director and partner, according to a March 24 announcement. Previously, Bento has served as owner of Heights restaurant Southern Goods, chef de cuisine of Underbelly Hospitality and culinary director for Sambrooks Management Co. concepts.
