HOUSTON APARTMENTS: Lofts at citycentre, ascent at citycentre, and pearl city centre?

Has anyone lived or heard how these residences are in memorial citycentre? I'm moving and I've had my eye on these 3 for a while. If so, how is parking access/parking security, building security, the amenities, and cleanliness?
