Houston Apartment Question

Hey all,

Moving to Houston to begin my new job and I’ll be working downtown. I want to live close, so I narrowed it down to Tinsley on the Park or Metro Midtown. Both are less than 2 miles away. I’ve heard Metro Midtown is pretty ehhh, but the price for a 770 sqft one bedroom is around the same for a 613 sqft one at Tinsley. Though the pool and amenities are much nicer at Tinsley.

Anyone care to weigh in with an opinion?
