Houston Allergies – Anyone knows the solutions?

Does anyone know how to cope with Allergies in Houston area? Moving to another city is not an option unfortunately because of my and my spouse's jobs. Is allergy shot the only way to permanently solve the issue? Any success stories with allergies shots? Any downsides of it?

I am wary of taking allergy pills and/or nasal spray everyday. I want to fix the problem permanently.

I have not had a good night of sleep for a very long time because of nasal congestions, migraines, runny nose, and other symptoms that follow you around for allergies.

I finally did an allergy skin test today, and apparently I am allergic to the following (Worse symptom for higher numbers):
