Houston airport car rental

Hello everyone. I’m arriving at Houston airport over the weekend, but I got 2 heavy bags with me. I wanted to know if there are carts from (1) baggage claim to shuttle pickup and (2) shuttle drop off to car pickup. Please let me know so I can plan my trip. Thanks !
