Houston Airport

I'll be having a 6 hour layover in Houston tomorrow. Is that long enough to go see something cool near the airport? Any local restaurant or bar that's nearby? Looking for Houstonian vibe, I haven't been since I was a kid.

And if not what about in the airport itself?
