Houston Air Quality

I live in a high rise in Midtown and frequently wake up to see this yellow, toxic looking haze blanketing the horizon. This photo doesn’t do it justice but on days like today, the pollution is so clearly obvious. Air quality apps don’t often seem to reflect what to the eye seems clear…Houston has a serious pollution problem. Makes me afraid for my health to spend extended time outside or do any strenuous activity outdoors. It’s disgusting.
