House of Pies apple pie recipe?
I figure this is a long shot but does anyone know how House of Pies makes their apple pie filling? Every recipe I've tried results in a filling that doesn't have that gooey consistency yet HoP always hits just right. Of course they don't give out the recipe but I'm wondering if anyone out there has any ideas how they do it?
