House inspector required, haven’t received tax returns and low on budget

Hi!

Can anyone please recommend the house inspector who wouldn't rip me off but do a good job? My one year bumper to bumper warranty is coming to an end soon and would like to get a buddy like inspector who the job and doesn’t hurt my bank, haven't got my tax returns yet and so low on budget.
