House hunting in Sienna Village of Sawmill Lake, looking for advice

Hello, I’m currently in the process of looking at a Trendmaker’s home in Sienna. I was hoping someone could help me out with some information on the community and builder. I’ve heard great things about Sienna, but do not know much about Village of Sawmill Lake. I appreciate the help.
