House Build Quality

I get that it isn’t just Houston problem, but the build quality on almost any house under a few million bucks is terrible. You tour a 3 year old house that has doorknobs falling off, loose railings on the staircases, walls as thin as paper. Heck even the outsides look awful. There’s no way these houses maintain their value.

Makes me think the same developers that built them are waiting for them to fall apart so they can swoop them up cheap, rebuild/fix up, and sell again—rinse and repeat.
