Hourly drum practice space downtown Houston

Hello, I'll be working in your lovely city for the month of September and was hoping to find a practice space equipped with drums that I can rent by the hour in the downtown area. Any other options out there besides Band Barracks? I don't need a big space for a band, just a solo drummer. Thanks
