Hotel to Stay at near University of Houston

I’m gonna be visiting houston the day after thanksgiving through that monday. Visiting family who live near the university

I’m looking for something with in the range of $80-120 a night. Can be a low end hotel/motel just as long as there’s no roaches and my car won’t be gone the next morning (ik that’s still a possibility anywhere you go)
