hot pot dipping sauce Fu Fu restaurant

I'm looking for a recipe of a dipping sauce with egg yolk that whenever i order hot pot at Fufu restaurant in Chinatown. I've been cravingg the sauce so much but cant find any recipe like that. Helppp 😭😭 the sauce just like this but they'll serve u with an egg and u can put the egg yolk inside😭😭😭😭
