Hostile bicycle guy on buffalo bayou trail

Just a heads up, just passed a hostile guy on his bike (male, black helmet, black shirt, black sunglasses, black face gator, tan complex) who turned his head around as he passed everyone on the trail and repeated “if you touch me I’ll f**n kill you”. No one was obstructing his lane or anything to instigate, he repeated this to everyone as he was passing us. This happened on the buff bayou trail in front of the UHD wellness center as he was heading towards the park itself under the overpasses. Just a heads up for anyone who may be in the park. Tried letting non emergency police number know, but of course being put on hold for 10 minutes made me give up.
