Hospital cultures

Hey y’all, I’m a new therapist graduate and just wondering what first responders have to say about the hospital cultures of Houston. As, I’m applying for jobs, I’m curious as to see how medical workers view each hospital. From my understanding, I’ve been told that MD Anderson and Methodist are usually top tier choices. I’ve only interned for memorial Hermann places and I just wanted to get some comparisons and insight between the different hospital and healthcare companies.
