Hopefully someone here can lead me to who I need to call… I’m trying to find out who owns a piece of land behind a certain house.

It’s in Houston, in Harris. I looked at the appraisal district website but only homes are listed. I tried calling the appraisal district & I cannot get a live person. Called the hoa & they said call the county. Anyone else can think of who else I could call. Thanks in advance
