Hopefully someone can help

I've done anything like this before, it can't hurt to ask for help. From my teens to now, dealing with my teeth has been a nightmare. I grew up well beneath the poverty line and we were homeless at times. Although, we were taught oral hygiene, the dentist was only seen if something was wrong. By my late teens were crumbling, and the older I've become my teeth are breaking apart faster than I can keep up with. I've tried going through San Jose clinic, but only scheduled for 3 to 6 months. I ended up, at different times, with 2 very severe abcesses. The dental school said I wasn't a candidate. I hate having to ask people for help. Does anyone know a DDS or someone who could help me?
