Hope Impacts to celebrate 10 years servicing Katy’s unsheltered with gala event

Hope Impacts, a nonprofit dedicated to servicing unsheltered residents in the Katy area, seeks to move into a larger space to accommodate a decade of growth, Executive Director Tina Hatcher said.
