Hong Kong-inspired restaurant Cafe 11 set to open in Katy
Cafe 11 business partners Kwong Ip and chef Terry Cheuk grew up in Hong Kong before meeting in New Orleans, Ip said. They have since moved to Houston and are working to bring a taste of their culture to Katy.
