Honeymoon to Houston couple questions.

Hey guys, long time lurker and appreciate all of you, I had a couple questions, my wife and I are honeymooning in Spring, Tx to scout the area to officially start our lives and get away from South Dakota. Anyway we’re going to be there for a few days and I noticed we’ll be there during the Texans OTAs (I’m a lifelong diehard) and I was wondering if that was something that was open to the public?

Also I’m by no means a rich man but I’d love to get her some amazing food, we love Asian food, BBQ, etc. my last question is, is Spring a good area to start the transplant? It seems like the rentals are affordable and look okay, my wife is a CNA looking to finish her nursing degree, and I will do whatever but have experience plumbing. I appreciate all of your time and answers. Thank you! 🙏

Edit: I forgot to mention I have 2 kids with 1 on the way if that changes factors

Edit 2: I should’ve been more descriptive with our price range, 1400 would be just about perfect to get us on our feet

I forgot to mention Spring isn’t the end all be all that’s just where she wanted to start looking, we are open to anywhere that has good schools though!
