Honest / Reliable Volvo Mechanic SW Houston/Sugar Land / Mo City ?

Title says it all. Prefer an independent shop if possible, not a chain. Local dealership recommending some dubious things and I'd like to get a second opinion. Including pricing on brakes, etc.
