Honest opinions about living in Eastwood neighborhood

If you have opinions about living in the Eastwood neighborhood, I’d love to hear them!

I am considering buying a house there. Does it get a lot of flooding? I am curious why housing prices are so reasonable compared to other neighborhoods closer to downtown. I figure there must be a catch.
